CONCEPT TO CREATION · FEATURED PROJECT
Elite LED & Top Hids
One brand. A showroom built to travel. A sales system built to account for every job.
I took this from measured layout and logo repair through full color production and installation. Every choice had to work in the real world.
01 · BUILT FOR TWO PLACES
A showroom wall that becomes an expo display.
I measured the space, designed the layout, prepared the artwork, oversaw the full color CMYK flatbed print, and installed the finished boards with Velcro. The panels can come off the wall and stand at an expo with display feet. One investment has two jobs.
The original graphic was high resolution, but the proofs exposed color lines that would show in the full-size print. I completely redesigned the graphic and did extensive Photoshop work to replace the original vector artwork. These proofs and material samples show the work behind getting it ready for full print production.
1 · Office and project focus
2 · Artwork and material planning
The earlier artwork needed careful preparation. Small foam and plastic samples let the client compare how his colors looked on each material.
3 · Empty wall and the client’s first look
4 · Cutting small boards and comparing samples

DIGITAL PROOFS · BEFORE PRODUCTION
See the event before we build it.
Digital proofs for the event photo board and the custom pop-up tent cover.
03 · THE SALES SYSTEM
Beautiful on the outside. Accountable on the inside.
The owner wanted a deposit recorded, a customer leaving with a signed agreement, a copy for the sales rep to schedule installation, and a guaranteed copy for his own records. The three color carbon copy sheets and sequential numbers support those handoffs. If a number is missing, the gap is visible.
The full color spiral booklets also have plastic covers, custom stickers, and the owner’s printed thank you and signature. The details serve the customer and the team, not just the camera.
04 · PROVEN IN USE
From samples to hats they wanted to wear.
We tried hat samples until the raised embroidery had the right depth and finish. The chosen premium hemp hat also carried a tree planting with purchase. Apparel went through the same process: artwork, production, inspection, and actual use.
The recycled hemp hat took multiple proofs to get the embroidered mark right. Amir Hisham Habra wears the finished cap below.

THE DETAIL INSIDE THE SHIRT
Custom labels, down to the size.
I designed inside labels for the Elite LED and Top Hids shirts, with a distinct size mark for each run. It is the kind of detail the wearer sees every time they put the shirt on.
